These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the jin11 online gaming platform located at https://jin11.cam and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). 2.2 Account Creation

• Keep your Account password secure and confidential.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from creating an Account or using the Service:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of jin11 and their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have been self-excluded from gambling services.
• Persons using the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Individuals acting on behalf of third parties or using the Service for commercial purposes.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Account Verification

To comply with international gaming regulations and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, jin11 requires all Users to complete identity verification ("KYC") before making withdrawals. We reserve the right to request KYC documents at any time.

3.1 Required Documentation

You may be required to provide the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details for the payment method used.

3.2 Verification Process

All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners. Processing typically takes 1-24 hours during business hours (WIB). Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be delayed. If you provide fraudulent or altered documents, your Account will be immediately terminated and all funds forfeited.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jin11 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for specific promotions.
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during peak hours.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
• jin11 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees.
• All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted (anti-money laundering requirement).

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by jin11.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours. VIP members enjoy priority processing.

5.2 Withdrawal Limitations

• Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier. Standard members: Rp 50.000.000 per day.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals (over Rp 100.000.000).
• If we detect suspicious activity, we may delay withdrawal processing while conducting an investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

• Delaying game rounds or features to exploit bonus mechanics.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate promotions.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jin11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum gaming session durations.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Service.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of how long you've been playing.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

8.1 Game Integrity

8.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination:

8.3 Disputes

9. Limitations of Liability

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Your Right to Close

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance. Accounts with zero Balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with active balances will be closed after withdrawal processing is complete.

10.2 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• You are located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Your Account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts).

Upon termination, any remaining Balance (minus any pending bonuses or fraudulent winnings) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or charges.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the jin11 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, and trademarks, is the property of jin11 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming operations. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team.
